§ 34-3-5. Appeal Procedure.

Any employee who is dissatisfied with his or her class specification may appeal in writing to the Director of Personnel and Labor Relations. The Director of Personnel and Labor Relations shall review this appeal in accordance with the procedure for preparation and adoption of the classification and forward it to the City Manager with his or her recommendation as to appropriate action. The City Manager will make the final adjudication.
