§ 34-3-4. Procedure for Adoption and Amendment of the Classification Plan.

The Personnel Director shall give the employees the opportunity to make suggestions and recommendations concerning the classification plan. After receiving such suggestions and recommendations he will forward them to the City Manager who shall review the information and may make such modifications, amendments and recommendations, as he deems proper. He may submit said plan to the City Council for approval. This plan may be amended from time to time in the same manner as it was adopted.
