§ 18-3-17. Expenditure of Parking Meter and Parking Time Registration Machine Revenue.

Parking meter and parking time registration machine revenue shall be expended for the following purposes only:
(a)

Parking Meters. To cover the cost of purchase, installation, replacement, necessary enforcement, and maintenance of parking meters.

(b)

Parking Areas. To purchase, improve, operate, and maintain off-street parking areas.

(c)

Other. To cover any other lawful expenditure permitted by State law.
