§ 18-3-16. Use of Parking Meter and Parking Time Registration Machine Revenue and Parking Meter and Parking Time Registration Machine Penalties.

All revenue from parking meters and parking time registration machines as well as penalties for parking meters and parking time registration machines violations shall be turned over to the City Treasurer and shall be kept and applied exclusively for the purposes set forth in the following section.
