§ 18-3-13. Restrictions on Use of Parking Lots and Parking Garages.
(a)
Unlawful to Exceed Parking Time. It shall be unlawful for any person to leave a motor vehicle in any municipal parking lot or parking garage for a period or periods of time in any one day which exceed the regular parking time which has been duly established for the parking spaces located in said parking lot or parking garage except as provided for in section 18-3-6(c).
(b)
Multiple Violations. A person shall be deemed to have committed a separate offense for the original violation of any provision of this section and for each 120-minute period thereafter that he permits or causes a vehicle to remain parked in violation of any of the provisions of this section.
