§ 18-3-12. Unlawful to Increase Parking Meter Time.

A person shall not deposit or cause to be deposited in a parking meter additional coins for the purpose of increasing or extending the legally established time for the parking meter space adjacent to which the meter is placed. Each additional deposit of coins shall constitute a separate violation.
