§ 18-3-11. Damaging of Meters or Parking Time Registration Machines Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person not so authorized to deface, damage, tamper with, open, or willfully break, destroy, or impair the usefulness of any parking meter or parking time registration machine installed under the provisions of this ordinance or aid or abet in doing the same.
