§ 18-3-6. Effective Time of Parking Meters.

(a)

Parking meters installed within on-street parking meter zones and in all municipal parking lots shall be used between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, except legal holidays.

(b)

Parking meters installed within municipal parking garages shall be used between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

(c)

Operators of vehicles occupying controlled parking spaces within the prescribed hours shall be subject to regulations governing the use of parking meters and parking time registration machines as described herein.
