§ 9-6-23. Standard Analysis Methods Required.

All measurements, tests, and analysis of the characteristics of waters and to which reference is made in Sections 9-6-13, 9-6-14, and 9-6-20 shall be determined in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 136, and shall be determined at the control structure, provided for in Section 9-6-22 or shall be determined upon suitable samples taken at said control structure. In the event that no special manhole has been required, the control manhole shall be considered to be the nearest downstream manhole in the public sewer to the point at which the building sewer is connected.
