§ 9-6-11. Subsoil Drainage Control.

Where subsoil drains are placed under the cellar floor or used to encircle the outer walls of a building, the said drains shall conform to the City's plumbing code. Subsoil drains may be discharged only by connection to a storm sewer or to a natural drainage course which does not cause deleterious or damaging effect to the abutting neighbor or the public.
