§ 9-6-10. Disposal of Unpolluted Waters Prohibited.

A person shall not discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer.
