§ 6-1-2. Interpretation of Rules and Regulations.

  • In the interpretation of the rules and regulations affecting recreational facilities, their provisions shall be construed as follows:

    (a)

    Extension of Rules and Regulations . Any requirement or provision of these rules and regulations relating to any act shall extend to and include the causing, procuring, aiding or abetting, directly or indirectly of such act; or the permitting or the allowing of any minor in the custody of any persons, doing any act prohibited by any provisions thereof.

    (b)

    Acts Not Unlawful . The provisions of this Article shall not make unlawful any act performed by a City employee in the line of duty or work, or by a person, agent, or employee, in the proper and necessary execution of the terms of any permit issued by the City.

    (c)

    Permits . Any act prohibited by the rules and regulations of the Parks and Recreation Department, if it is not otherwise prohibited by law or ordinance, shall be lawful in the proper and necessary execution of the terms of any permit issued by the Parks and Recreation Director.
