§ 13-8-3. Administration and Enforcement.

The administration and enforcement of this Article shall be the duty of the Code Administrator, who is hereby authorized to take such action as may be reasonably necessary to enforce the provisions and purposes of this Article. The Code Administrator may appoint and authorize such persons as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Article.
