§ 34-5-2. Application.

Application for employment in a competitive position with the City must be filed on the forms prescribed by the Department of Personnel and City Manager. Such forms may require whatever information is deemed necessary, and all applications must be signed and the truth or all statements contained therein certified by such signature.
