§ 34-4-8. Employee Recognition.

  • The City Manager may provide for the establishment and maintenance of a system for recognizing and rewarding specified, demonstrated job performance which has contributed significantly to the enhancement of the efficient administration of the City's program of public service. Any recognition granted by the City Manager under this section shall be nonrecurring in nature as to cost to the City and benefit to the employee.
