§ 34-4-3. Adoption and Amendment of the Pay Plan.

The Personnel Director shall give the employee the opportunity to make suggestions and recommendations concerning the pay plan. After receiving such suggestions and recommendations he will forward them to the City Manager who shall review such information and may make modifications, amendments and recommendations as he deems proper. He may submit said plan to the City Council for approval. This plan may be amended from time to time in the same manner as it was adopted.
