§ 27-1-4. Permit Fee.

The fee for a rooming house permit shall include an application fee plus an inspection fee based on the number of rooming units as listed in Schedule I; Article 1-5 of the City of Concord Code of Ordinances. The fee for a permit is nonrefundable and shall be paid at the Code Administration office at the time of application.
