§ 27-1-2. Administration and Enforcement.

The administration and enforcement of this Article shall be the duty of the Code Administrator, who is hereby authorized to take such action as may be reasonably necessary to enforce the provisions and purposes of this Article. Such persons may be appointed and authorized by the City Manager as assistants and agents of the Code Administrator as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Article.
