§ 26-18-5. Review of Plans.

The Code Official shall review plans and specifications for all construction, enlargements, and alterations of structures and for all changes of use of existing structures to ensure compliance with the Life Safety Code. A permit or Certificate of Occupancy shall not be issued for any work or change of use not in compliance with the Life Safety Code.
