§ 26-18-4. Inspections.

The Code Official shall inspect or cause to be inspected all structures and premises, except the interior of an individual living unit for which permission to enter has not been given by the occupant, as often as may be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of the Life Safety Code as herein adopted. Such inspections shall be allowed by the owner or occupant at all reasonable times.
