§ 9-6-19. Information Required.
The Director may require industrial users or other users of sewer services to provide information needed to determine compliance with this Article. These requirements incorporated into an industrial discharge permit application and finalized discharge permit include:
(a)
The name and address of the facility, including the names of the operators and owners.
(b)
A list all environmental permits held by or for the facility.
(c)
A brief description of the nature, average rate of production, and standard industrial classification of the operations carried out at the facility.
(d)
An identification of the categorical pretreatment standards applicable to each regulated process.
(e)
An analysis identifying the nature and concentration of pollutants in the discharge.
(f)
Information showing the measured averaged daily and maximum daily flow, in gallons per day, to the public sewer from regulated process streams and from other streams.
(g)
Additional information as required by the City including, but not limited to, pollutant parameters to be monitored, type of wastestream samples, monitoring frequencies, location of sampling sites, and effluent limits on the wastestream(s).
(h)
Any other information which may be needed to meet baseline monitoring requirements applicable to industrial users subject to National Categorical Pretreatment Standards.
