§ 9-2-6. Penalties.

Any person failing to comply with any order of restriction issued under Sections 9-2-3 and 9-2-5, and who, after notice from the Chief of Police, continues to violate the same shall be subject to a fine not exceeding the amount listed in Schedule II of Chapter 1 for each day the violation exists. The Chief of Police shall issue complaints to the Concord District Court. In addition to the foregoing penalty, the General Services Director is authorized to discontinue the furnishing of water where orders and restrictions have been violated. Such discontinuance may be continued so long as there is evidence that violations will continue.
