§ 5-7-4. Nonresidential Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling.

The City may provide collection and disposal service of solid waste to nonresidential property. This service is provided under the City's curbside residential collection and disposal contract or other City contract for a fee.

The fees for nonresidential solid waste and recycling subscription services are incorporated in Title 1, General Code; Chapter 1, Government Organization; Article 1-5, Fees, Fines and Penalties; Schedule I, Fees; Chapter 5, Public Works, under Section 5-7-4.
