§ 5-5-6. Purposes for Which Cemetery Lots May Be Used.

The owner of any lot shall have the right to use the same for the burial of the dead, for the erection of suitable stones, monuments or tombs, for the cultivation of shrubs, plants, and flowers, subject to the supervision of the City Council.
