§ 5-5-4.1. Money from Sale of Columbarium Niches.

All monies from the sale of columbarium niches shall be apportioned on the basis of thirty-four (34) percent to the columbarium niche expendable trust, twenty-eight (28) percent to the capital projects fund for repayment of the columbarium unit, and thirty-eight (38) percent to the general fund to offset costs associated with the preparation of the niche for interment and other costs associated with management of the columbarium.
