§ 5-5-1. Source of Income to Be Used for Upkeep of Cemeteries.

Latest version.

The income from the following sources shall be used for upkeep of the cemeteries of the City:
(a)

The interment fees of Section 5-5-10 of this Chapter;

(b)

The interest from perpetual care trusts;

(c)

Annual care funds;

(d)

The proceeds from sale of cemetery surplus;

(e)

The fees allowed under Section 119 of the Cemetery By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for building foundations, setting markers and posts, and providing other services.
