§ 5-5-10. Interment Fees.

(a)

The fees and prices for cemetery lots and columbarium niches, and work and services performed by the City are as listed in Schedule I of Chapter 1.

(b)

The Director of General Services is authorized to establish and adjust fees and charges associated with work performed or services supplied by the Grounds Maintenance Division to the public. Said fees and charges shall be subject to review and approval by the City Manager.
