§ 11-2-6. Penalty.

The owner of a public nuisance building who shall fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to this Article shall be liable to a fine not to exceed the amount listed in Schedule II of Chapter 1. Each day that the violation of the order continues beyond the date fixed for compliance shall be deemed a separate offense.
