§ 11-2-5. Duties of Assessing Department.

The Chief Assessor shall notify the Code Enforcement Administrator whenever an abatement of real estate taxes is granted to:
(a)

The owner of a property because the property is dilapidated or damaged; or

(b)

To any property owner because of the condition of any neighboring building.
