Any person who violates any provisions of this Charter, unless otherwise provided, or violates any City Ordinance for which no other punishment is provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, not withstanding RSA 651:2, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
