§ 35-2-9. Wage Rate Adjustments.

The City Manager may grant in-grade rate adjustments in order to insure the retention of essential skills, to maintain pay equity or as the Manager deems to be in the best interest of the City. Such adjustments shall not exceed the wage range contained in this Compensation Plan for the specific classification involved.
