§ 35-1-3. Maintenance of the Classification Plan.

The Human Resources Director shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Classification Plan. The City Manager shall recommend to the City Council the allocation of each position to its appropriate class and shall recommend to the City Council new classifications for such action as the City Council may care to take.
