§ 30-3-13. Licensing Board.

(a)

The Licensing Board shall consist of three (3) permanent members and such temporary members as the City Manager may from time to time appoint. The permanent members of the Board shall be the City Manager, the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief. Temporary members shall serve at the pleasure of the City manager. The Board shall have jurisdiction over:

(1)

The issuance of all licenses and permits that are not, by the provisions of state law or the Code of Ordinances, directly placed under the jurisdiction of some other board or officer.

(2)

Appeals from decisions or orders of the City Licensing Officer.

(3)

Appeals from decisions or orders issued by the Director of Public Works pursuant to the provisions of Article 5-8.
