§ 29.1-15-1. Penalties.

  • (a)

    Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter shall constitute a violation. Any person upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than the amount listed in Schedule II of Chapter 1. It shall be considered a separate offense for each day such violation continues.

    (b)

    The Code Enforcement Administrator may notify, in writing, any operator of any recreational vehicle park when violations of provisions of this ordinance are found to occur, and said notice may set forth a reasonable period for compliance. The Code Enforcement Administrator, at the expiration of any compliance set forth in the aforestated notice, may revoke any permit to maintain and operate a recreational vehicle park if the violations contained in said notice continue in existence. Any revocation of a permit to maintain and operate a recreational vehicle park may be appealed to the Board of Housing Standards within five (5) days of receipt of a revocation notice. The Board of Housing Standards shall, within five (5) days of the notice of appeal, cause a public hearing to be held wherein they shall review the circumstances relative to the revocation and make such orders necessary to insure the enforcement of the provisions of this ordinance. The decision of the Board of Housing Standards shall be final.
