§ 26-1-7. Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.

The Code Administrator shall not issue a Certificate of Occupancy until he is satisfied that all laws of the State of New Hampshire, ordinances of the City of Concord and all rules and regulations issued pursuant to those laws and ordinances have been complied with. Copies of Certificates of Occupancy shall be furnished, on request to persons having a proprietary interest in the building or structure.
