§ 26-1-1. Title—Adoption.

The International Building Code/2009 as amended by this Chapter, is hereby adopted and together with this Chapter shall be known as the Building Code of the City of Concord. The International Residential Code/2009 identified in Section 101.2 Scope, Exception of the International Building Code, shall be included in, and is a part of, the Building Code of the City of Concord.
