The International Mechanical Code/2009 including basic principles and appendices A
as amended by this Article, is hereby adopted and together with this Article, shall
be known as the Mechanical Code of the City of Concord. All installations, repairs,
and alterations of mechanical work shall, from the effective date of this ordinance,
be performed in accordance with its provisions.
