§ 18-5-5. Compliance with Other Ordinances and Penalties for Violators.

(a)

Permit holders shall abide with all other parking and traffic regulations established within the City Code of Ordinances without limitation.

(b)

Vehicles parked in City owned parking garages or surface lots designated for permit parking, without displaying a valid permit shall be subject to fines and penalties set forth in the Code of Ordinances; Title I, General Code; Chapter 1, Government Organization, Article 1-5, Fees, Fines, and Penalties, Schedule II.
