§ 18-1-18. Temporary Suspension for Parking Restrictions.

The City Manager may temporarily suspend any of the parking restrictions set forth in Sections 18-1-6, Parking Prohibited at All Times in Designated Places; 18-1-7, Parking Prohibited During Certain Hours in Designated Places; and 18-1-8, Parking Time Limited in Designated Places, upon the request of any person or organization to suspend parking restrictions because of a licensed civic or neighborhood activity when in his opinion such suspension may be made without unduly inconveniencing the public. Suspensions made under the provisions of this section shall not exceed three (3) days.
