§ 17-6-8. Streets Restricted to Service and Emergency Vehicles.

No person shall operate a vehicle except a service or authorized emergency vehicle on Central Avenue or Odd Fellows Avenue. For the purposes of this section only, "service vehicle" is defined as a vehicle actively engaged in loading or unloading persons or goods and chattels to or from a property adjacent to and having access on any of the above-named streets.
