§ 9-6-47. Monitoring Records.
Industrial users subject to the reporting requirements under this section shall maintain records of information resulting from monitoring activities required to prepare such reports. Such reports shall include for each sample:
(a)
The date, exact place, method, and time of sampling and the names of person or persons taking the sample;
(b)
The dates analyses were performed;
(c)
Who performed the analyses;
(d)
The analytical techniques and methods used; and
(e)
The results of such analyses.
Any records of monitoring activities and results shall be maintained for five (5) years, or longer in case of unresolved litigation or when requested by the approval authority.
