§ 9-6-44. Compliance Schedule Report.

Each industrial user subject to a compliance schedule under this section shall report on progress toward meeting compliance with these regulations as follows:

(a)

Not later than fourteen (14) days following each date in the schedule, and the final date for compliance, the industrial user shall submit a progress report to the City indicating whether or not it complied with the increment of progress to be met on such date, and if not, the date on which it expects to comply, the reason for the delay, and the steps being taken by the industrial user to return the progress to the schedule established.

(b)

The time for any increment in the schedule, or the interval between reports required in subparagraph (a) of this section, shall not exceed nine (9) months. An increment is the time between the dates for commencement and completion of major events in the compliance schedule leading to compliance with this Article and all applicable pretreatment standards.
