§ 9-6-40. Public Participation.

The City shall comply with the public participation required by 40 C.F.R. part 25, in the enforcement of industrial pretreatment standards and requirements. A list of industrial users in significant noncompliance with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements shall be published in the Concord area's largest local newspaper at least annually.
