§ 9-6-37. Injunctive Relief.
In response to a discharge that is in violation of this Article, the City may demand that specific action be taken by the owner or person in charge of a property to halt a discharge or to permit the City to enter the property to halt a discharge. If permission is not voluntarily given, the City may seek ex parte injunctive relief to permit entry on private property to halt the discharge. The City may also seek injunctive relief to gain access to any property for inspection and sampling or for any other purpose necessary to the enforcement of any provision of this Article.
