§ 9-6-27. Annual Report Required.

Industrial users which are not significant industrial users and are not subject to National Categorical Pretreatment Standards may be required to submit an annual report to the City, on the first of July of each year, or such time as designated by the City, containing information as to the minimum, average, and peak flows of industrial wastewater discharges during the previous year, or at the time or times designated by the City accompanied by designated analysis of wastewater samplings taken in an acceptable manner at approved times during the flow measuring periods.
