§ 9-5-1. Minor Water and Sewer Extensions.

The Director of Water Resources is authorized to extend the City water or sewer system within the boundaries of the City of Concord to permit the hook-up of not more than two (2) users if the following conditions are met:

(a)

The extension is a logical extension of the City water or sewer system;

(b)

The entire cost of the extension will be paid for by the party or parties requesting the extension; and

(c)

The extension will not extend more than two hundred (200) feet from the then existing City water or sewer system to which the connection is to be made.

The extension will be consistent with the Master Plan.
