§ 9-3-7. Metering Water Not Entering Sewers.

Any owner may place on his premises, at his own expense, a meter which shall be approved by the City Manager to measure the amount of water used on premises which does not enter the sewers, and an adjustment of the rent shall be made in conformance with said metered use, in accordance with the rates set forth below.
