§ 9-3-2. Purposes for Which Sewer Rental Income Shall Be Used.

The income from sewer rents as set forth in this Article shall be used for defraying the costs of construction, management, maintenance, operation, reconstruction, replacement and repair of City sewers and sewer systems, including treatment and disposal works and for the payment of the interest and principal of any debt incurred to pay such costs.
