§ 8-5-2. Usual and Customary Payment.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept as payment in full for all fees established hereunder any reasonable "usual and customary" payment generally accepted in the medical services industry within the State of New Hampshire for Emergency Medical Services similar to those provided by the City.
