§ 5-7-1.4. Frequency of Collection and Removal.

To protect public health, safety, and well-being, and to protect the City against the growth and spread of vectors, persons in charge of the day-to-day operation of each property in the City shall make arrangements to have all solid waste generated or accumulated on the property (other than construction and demolition debris and bulk waste) collected and removed not less frequently than once a week.
